Overview
YIHENG HZQ-X500C double-decked large-scale thermostatic Shaker integrates more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, and is guided by user requests. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can exercise or statically foster microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for laboratory pilot production.

Principle
The device uses microcomputer PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature and Oscillation Frequency, and ensures uniform oscillation through a three-axis equilibrating drive system. During operation, the circulating fan automatically controls the speed to avoid sample volatilization, and has a self-diagnosis function to monitor the status of the equipment in real time.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing parameters through the large LCD menu.
3. Install special cradles and fixtures as required to place samples.
4. Start the equipment and observe the running status to ensure a smooth start.
5. After running, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops running to avoid temperature overshoot.

Avoid running at full load and high speed for a long time to prevent equipment overload.
Regularly clean stainless steel parts to maintain hygiene.
