Overview
YIHENG HZQ-211 floor-to-ceiling thermostatic Shaker (LCD screen) is a new generation product. It combines more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience of the company to break through the defects of the existing China Shaker that cannot run continuously for a long time. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and oscillation. It is especially suitable for pilot production. The design is extraordinary, and the manufacturing process is High Accuracy, ensuring that users have no worries.

1. Humanized design: set incubator, Shaker in one, small footprint, large bottle capacity; Large screen LCD, Menu Operating interface, multiple sets of data displayed on one screen; Quiet operation; Fluorine-free design; Large screen tempered observation window, cabinet liner and Shaker Table surface are made of stainless steel, easy to clean.
2. Principle
The product uses microcomputer PID to control temperature and Oscillation Frequency, and ensures that the samples on the oscillation tray oscillate at the same Rotation speed through a three-eccentric axis equilibrating drive process. Safety features include automatic stop system for box door opening, temperature limit alarm and automatic fan speed control for accurate and stable temperature control and oscillation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters through the large LCD menu interface.
3. Place the sample on the Shaker Table, note that the standard configuration is 250ml * 28 bottles.
4. Start the equipment, the system automatically runs the setting program, monitors the temperature and Rotation speed.
5. Optional functions such as multi-stage programming or interface connection to the computer for data monitoring.
6. Turn off the equipment after use and clean the stainless steel liner and countertop.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops running to avoid temperature overshoot.
