YIHENG HZQ-311 floor-to-ceiling thermostatic Shaker (LCD screen) is a new generation of equipment that integrates incubator and Shaker. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and oscillation. 2. Principle
The device uses a microcomputer PID Control system to precisely control the temperature and Oscillation Frequency, and ensures that all samples on the oscillating tray oscillate evenly at the same Rotation speed through a three-eccentric axis equilibrating drive process. During operation, the circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted to avoid sample volatilization, while safety features such as temperature limit alarm and gating mechanism ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Set parameters such as Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing through Large Screen LCD and Menu Operating interface.
3. Place the sample on the Shaker Table to ensure that the load does not exceed the standard configuration (e.g. 250ml * 45).
4. Start the device, observe the operating status, and use optional functions such as programming control or Interface if necessary.
5. After running, turn off the equipment and clean the stainless steel liner and countertop.
Notice
When the box door is opened, the device automatically stops some functions to avoid temperature overshoot.
