YIHENG HZQ-211C floor-to-ceiling thermostatic Shaker (LCD screen) is a new generation of equipment that integrates incubator and Shaker. Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer PID Control system, combined with a three-eccentric shaft equilibrating drive process to ensure uniform oscillation. During operation, the system automatically adjusts the circulating fan speed to prevent sample volatilization, and has safety mechanisms such as automatic stop of heating and oscillation when the box door is opened, and an independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters through Large Screen LCD Menu.
3. Place the sample on a vibrating tray to ensure uniform distribution.
4. Start the device and the system will automatically run the setting program.
5. During operation, real-time data can be monitored through the display screen, or connected to a computer for monitoring through an optional interface.
6. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops or shuts down according to the timing settings.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops heating and oscillation to avoid temperature overshoot.
• Ensure that the sample is placed smoothly to prevent liquid splashing from damaging the instrument.
• Regularly clean the stainless steel liner and Shaker Table to maintain hygiene.
