Principle
The device uses microcomputer PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature and Oscillation Frequency, and ensures uniform oscillation of the sample on the oscillating tray through a three-axis equilibrate drive system. During operation, the circulating fan speed is automatically controlled to avoid sample volatilization, and safety functions such as independent temperature limit alarm and automatic stop mechanism for door opening ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Open the device and set the Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing parameters through the large LCD menu.
3. Place the sample on the oscillating tray to ensure uniform distribution.
4. Start the equipment, monitor the running status, and connect the computer monitoring data through the optional interface if necessary.
5. After running, turn off the equipment and clean the stainless steel liner and countertop.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops running to avoid temperature overshoot.
