OSP-150 L610φ 10 coating rod is a manual coating applicator processed by OSP brand using formed technology. The total length is 610mm, the application width is 510mm, and the diameter is 10mm. Spreader 150μm wet film thickness. The product is processed on the surface of the steel rod through precision mold and cold extrusion technology to produce wavy Linear dispersion, which solves the FAQ of traditional Mayer Rods.

Principle

Steps
1. Spreader Substrate and Coatings
2. Place the coating rod at the starting end of the substrate
3. Apply pressure evenly and push the coating rod uniformly
