Overview
YIHENG RV-211A Rotary evaporator is a special laboratory instrument, mainly used for the continuous distillation of a large number of volatile solvents under reduced pressure conditions, especially for the condensation of the extract and the distillation of the receiving liquid during chromatograph separation.

Principle
Rotary evaporator through the continuous swirl/spin of the swirl/spin bottle under reduced pressure conditions, the solvent is uniformly heated and evaporated in the heating bath, and the evaporation gas is chilled down through the serpentine condenser and returned to the collection bottle to realize the separation and condensation of the solvent.

Steps
1. Install the swirl/spin bottle and collection bottle, make sure the sealing ring is intact.
2. Temperature range RT + 5~ 99 ℃ and Rotation speed 20~ 180rpm.
3. Start the device, observe the LCD display data, and adjust the knob setting parameters.
4. Monitor the evaporation process to ensure that the condenser works properly to prevent backflow.
5. After completion of distillation, stop the equipment automatically or manually to collect samples.
Notice
• Check whether the sealing ring is in good condition before use to avoid leakage.
• The temperature of the bath pot must not exceed the temperature limit alarm setting to prevent dry burning.
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ° C.
• Maintain PTFE sealing ring regularly to prolong service life.
• Pay attention to safety protection during operation to avoid overpressure or overload operation.
