YIHENG BMD200-1 Nitrogen blowing instrument is an instrument for condensing prepative of large quantities of samples, which is widely used in sample preparation in screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis.

Principle
Nitrogen blowing instrument accelerates solvent evaporation by blowing nitrogen into the sample surface to achieve rapid condensation of the sample. Gas flow rate can be independently controlled by each purge needle to ensure efficient condensing process.

Steps
1. Adjust the air needle position to the appropriate height
2. Set the required temperature parameters
3. Adjust Gas flow rate to proper Flow rate
4. Start the instrument to condense the sample
5. Monitor temperature and time display
