Principle
The device performs precise Spreader on the surface of the substrate through bar, and the thickness of the Spreader is determined by the bar model. After the Spreader is completed, UV light is used for curing in the 350~ 450nm Wavelength range, and the low temperature cooling function is optional to control the substrate temperature. The Vacuum chuck system ensures that the substrate is fixed and stable, and the Touchscreen controls the entire Spreader and curing process.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Vacuum chuck board
2. Select and install appropriate bar, set Spreader thickness and speed
3. Set Spreader Travel and Parameters via Touchscreen
4. Start the Spreader process, and the device will automatically complete the Spreader.
5. For curing, turn on the UV light curing system
6. Clean the equipment and turn off the power after use
