TBJ-B1-DJ2 Automatic Film Applicator is a China laboratory Spreader equipment with imported accessories and low price. By controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, it ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating. It is specially equipped with an automatic inking system to realize the automatic feeding of the film process. The equipment is specially designed for Spreader precise wet-film on different substrates, which significantly improves the film reproducibility and is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator uses the Blade Coating method, combined with the automatic feeding system, to use the principle of air source pressure to flow out to feed. During the Spreader process, the coating speed is controlled by stepless variable speed, and a stable pressure is applied to ensure uniform coating. The feeding system adopts reciprocating linear motion mode, and controls the discharge volume by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to achieve accurate film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it with a mechanical fixture.
2. Set Spreader parameters, including coating speed, Spreader Travel, and Spit Volume.
3. Start the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed.
4. Start the Spreader process with Touchscreen control.
5. After finishing the Spreader, check the coating uniformity.
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6MPa and connect the φ 8 trachea.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure use.
• Check whether the substrate is firmly fixed before Spreader.
• Accessories can be selected according to application requirements, such as leakage tank or application width control baffle.
• Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance, such as automatic lame plating or UV curing devices.
