Overview
BANTE F-UK Fluoride Ion Selective Electrode is a British original composite fluoride ion Electrode with a Measurement range of 0.02~ 1900ppm. The Electrode is designed with a solid state Sensor, which can be directly immersed in liquid measurement without the need for an additional reference Electrode. Its shell is made of a strong epoxy resin material, which is not easy to break.
Features
1. British original.
2. Compound Fluoride Ion Electrode, no need to use Reference Electrode.
3. Solid State Sensor design, immersion liquid measurement.
4. Epoxy resin shell, strong and not easy to break.
Principle
The Electrode is based on the principle of ion-selective Electrode, and its solid-state Sensor has a specific Response to fluoride ions. When the Electrode is immersed in a solution containing fluoride ions, the change of the Sensor membrane potential is related to the activity (concentration) of fluoride ions in the solution, and the fluoride ion content can be determined by measuring this potential.
Applications
Water quality analysis, environment monitoring, industrial process control, laboratory research
Steps
1. Connect the Electrode to a compatible ion meter or pH/mV meter via a BNC connector.
2. Immerse the Electrode in the solution to be tested, ensuring that the Sensor is partially submerged.
3. Wait for the reading to stabilize and record the Measured value.
4. After the measurement is completed, clean the Electrode with deionized water and store it properly.
Notice
• Do not damp Electrode's BNC connector.
• Electrode is properly calibrated before measurement.
• Measurement range and sample characteristics to select the appropriate calibrated solution.
• After use, please clean and store the Electrode according to the instructions to prolong the service life.
• Avoid physical impact or scratching on the Electrode Sensor.
