Overview
The HF-500 small Force Gauge is a built-in Sensor type Force Gauge with a maximum load value of 500N. It adopts a liquid crystal digital display design and can view the test data in real time. The product has a Communication interface, which can be connected to the printer print data, supports the first peak hold mode, and can be freely switched in three units: N, kgf, and lbf. The HF series digital display Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable tensile pressure measuring instrument. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and is suitable for tensile pressure load testing, insertion force testing, failure testing, etc. of various products. It can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
The HF-500 Small Force Gauge adopts electronic Sensor technology, converts the force value signal into an electrical signal through the built-in Sensor measurement of the pushing and pulling force load, and displays the measurement result on the LCD screen after the ADC conversion. The product supports a variety of test modes and unit conversions, and can be connected to a computer through the Communication interface for Data storage and analysis.

Steps
1. Measurement mode, force unit, etc
2. After setting the basic parameters, start the test, hold the Force Gauge firmly with both hands, and keep the direction of the push or pull force consistent with the axis of the test rod during the test process
3. After the test is completed, slowly unload the load, turn off the HF-500 small Force Gauge power supply, remove the test head, clean the Force Gauge and various components, and put them back in the toolbox for next use
