Overview
The JINGTIAN LC-1008 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a compact Benchtop device that combines heating and cooling functions for precise temperature control from -10 ° C to 150 ° C. The device is suitable for laboratory and industrial applications, providing a stable thermostatic environment for sample testing, viscosity measurement, etc., and supports internal/external circulation applications.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath precisely adjusts the working state of the heating and cooling module through the intelligent PID Control system to achieve the setting and stability of the target temperature. The built-in pressure/suction pump of the device forcibly circulates the bath liquid to ensure the high uniformity of the temperature in the Tank. At the same time, the system monitors the liquid level and temperature in real time through Sensor, and realizes automatic protection and recovery functions through control logic.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable desktop and connect it to a power source.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level is normal.
3. According to the test requirements, connect the external circulation line (if used).
4. Turn on the power and set the target temperature and program (if necessary) through the control panel.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically heat up or cool to reach the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. Put the sample to be tested into the Tank or connected external circulation system for testing.
7. After the test is completed, power off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance as required.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the allowable range of 5~ 32 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 200~ 230V AC, Frequency 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Do not run the equipment when the liquid level is too low, and pay attention to the low liquid level alarm prompt to prevent dry burning.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and use suitable connectors.
The equipment is allowed to operate continuously, but it must be used under the specified environment conditions.
• Although the parts in contact with the bath liquid are resistant to corrosion, it is recommended to clean them in time after use to prolong the service life.
Optional functions (e.g. remote communication, analog signal control) need to be connected and operated according to the actual configuration.
