Overview
HBO HF-2k Force Gauge (Digital Display) is a small portable device with external Sensor, an upgrade to the HG series, with greater storage and unique first peak hold function. The product provides peak hold, first peak hold, weight tracking, and button-specific four Operating Modes, which users can choose according to their measurement needs. The maximum load value is 2000N, and the load Graduation is 1N.

Principle
HF-2k Force Gauge collects force value signals through external Sensor, and converts and analyzes data at 960HZ sampling speed through High Accuracy Processing System. The device displays and stores measurement results in real time according to the selected test mode (such as peak hold, first peak, etc.), and realizes linkage control with the host computer and external devices through level signal output and Communication interface.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Operating Mode (Peak Hold, First Peak Hold, weight tracking or key dedicated mode)
2. Connecting Contacts Lever and Sensor
3. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time and other parameters as needed
4. Perform force measurement operations
5. Observe real-time or peak data through the LCD screen
6. Communication interface for data export and analysis
7. Print the test report on demand
