Overview
INKS decolorization Wear resistance tester (model: ZB-MC20) is mainly used to test the Abrasion Resistance of the printing ink layer of the printing product, the Abrasion Resistance of the PS version photosensitive layer, and the wear resistance performance of the surface coatings of related products.

Principle
The testing machine sets the friction load, friction Travel and Friction Frequency to make the friction head reciprocate on the surface of the sample to simulate the actual use of abrasion, and records the number of friction times through the counter to evaluate the wear resistance of the tested material.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz 2A).
2. Install the sample.
3. Set the friction load according to the test standard (e.g. GB or ASTM).
4. Set the required number of frictions (1 to 999999).
5. Select Friction Frequency (21/43/85/106cpm four-gear adjustable).
6. Start the device and start testing.
7. Automatic shutdown after the test reaches the set number of times.
