Overview
SHZ-D circulating water vacuum pump is a new type of multi-purpose vacuum pump designed with circulating water as working fluid and using the principle of jet generating negative pressure. It provides vacuum conditions for chemical laboratories and can provide circulating chilled down water to reaction devices. The pump is widely used in evaporation, distillation, crystallization, filtrating, decompression, biochemistry and other operations. It is an ideal equipment for laboratories in Universities & colleges, chemical industry, Food processing and other fields.
Features
1. Small size, light weight and beautiful Appearance.
2. The core part of the motor is made of high-quality stainless steel shaft core, which greatly increases the durability of the product.
3. Special fluid muffler, reduce the gas in the water to make the Vacuum Level higher and more stable, reduce gas-liquid friction and reduce noise.
4. Double tap, double display, can be used alone or in combination to increase the variety of use.
5. Appearance adopts ABS engineering plastic integrated molding, the structure is more stable, the Impedance is lower, and the work efficiency is higher.
6. Local sealing treatment, with oxidation resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance.
Principle
The circulating water vacuum pump uses circulating water as the working fluid, uses the principle of jet to generate negative pressure, and forms a vacuum environment in the pump through hydrodynamic effects, and can provide circulating chilled down water at the same time.
Applications
Evaporation, distillation, crystallization, filtrating, decompression, biochemistry, Universities & colleges, Chemical, Food processing
Steps
Connect the power supply (110V/60Hz or 220-240V/50/60Hz).
2. Fill the tank with water to a 15L volume.
3. Connect the single-head or double-head air extraction interface as required.
4. Start the pump body and observe the vacuum gauge display.
5. Turn off the power after use and empty the water tank.
Notice
• Make sure the water tank has sufficient water before use
• Power supply voltage matching equipment requirements
• Regularly check the integrity of sealing components
• Avoid long-term use in corrosive environments
• Pay attention to the normal function of the check valve
• Keep equipment clean, drying and stored
