Overview
Laboratory homogenization Mulser ZN800-90 is a device designed for laboratory micro-experiments. By mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement homogenization and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of the working head.

Principle
The high-speed swirl/spin of the equipment motor makes the rotation and stator form a vacuum, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotation and stator. The high linear speed generated by the rotor makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotation and stator gaps, resulting in strong turbulence. The material is repeatedly cycled under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature process to achieve depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing, and finally form a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the material characteristics.
2. Immerse the working head into the material at a height range of 50/236 mm.
3. Rotation speed (1000~ 12000rpm) and timing time (1-1000min) are set by 2.8 inch TFT touch screen.
4. Start the device and observe the real-time display of Voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion.
5. The experiment can be paused at any time, and the power can be turned off after the experiment.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
When immersing the working head in the liquid, ensure that it is within the specified height range (50/236 mm).
• Ambient Temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ and relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
Equipment is equipped with overload and overcurrent protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• Please clean the working head in time after use.
