Overview
AISRY NBC-1021 (100KG) Universal Testing Machine is a device used to test the mechanical performance of materials. It is suitable for the tensile strength, Peel Strength, deformation rate, breaking force, disbonding force, opening force and other performance tests of Plastic film, Composite film, Adhesive, Adhesive tape, Medical patch, Protective film, Release paper, Rubber, Artificial leather, paper fiber and other products.
Features
The capacity is selected to be 100kg, meeting a variety of material testing requirements.
2. Measurement accuracy is high, up to +/- 1%.
3. High resolution, at 1/200000.
4. The test speed range is wide, ranging from 0 to 300mm/min.
5. The effective stroke is up to 600mm, and the test space is 120mm.
6. Support a variety of force values and stress unit switching.
7. With upper and lower limit safety settings and test breakpoint sensing and other shutdown methods.
8. The results are output in a variety of ways, equipped with a micro printer, and can be connected to a computer and software.
9. Adopt a variable-speed motor as the power system.
10. Machine weight about 40kg, Power supply voltage is 1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz.
Principle
Universal Testing Machine is driven by a variable speed motor to apply tensile force to the sample until it breaks or reaches the preset conditions. The device has a built-in High Accuracy Sensor to measure the change of force value. Combined with the displacement data, the software calculates and outputs the tensile strength, Peel Strength, deformation rate and other performance parameters of the material.
Applications
Adhesive Tape, Automotive, Pottery and porcelain, Composites, Construction, Food Equipment, Metal, Paper, Encasement, Rubber, Spinning & weaving, Wood, Communication and Various Shaped Materials
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate tensile fixture according to the test requirements and install the specimen.
2. Turn on the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz) and start the device.
3. Set test parameters through computer software or equipment panels, such as test speed, shutdown mode, etc.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically applies a tensile force to the sample.
5. After the test is completed, the device will automatically shut down, and the test results can be viewed and output through a micro printer or computer software.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz and meets equipment requirements.
