HAM-300 High Accuracy Light spectrum haze meter is mainly used for material total transmittance, Light spectrum light transmitance at different wavelengths, haze and material light color performance test under specific Illuminant, to solve the performance evaluation of AG, AR Glass and Optical inspection film samples. Designed according to the requirements of ASTM D1003, GB/T 2410, ISO14782, JIS K7136, JC/T2130-2013, JIS K7105-81 and other standards, it is suitable for material analysis and inspection in consumer electronics, plastics, Glass, film and other industries.

1. Principle
The HAM-300 High Accuracy Light spectrum fog meter uses Light spectrum analysis technology to measure the Optical Properties of materials in the 380nm-1000nm Wavelength range through the built-in integrating sphere and Light spectrum instrument. The system uses high-performance illumination Illuminant and 0/d measurement geometry to accurately collect transmitted light data, calculate total light transmitance, haze, scattered light transmitance and other parameters, and perform light color performance analysis according to Standard light source.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the size meets the requirements (length and width ≤ A4 paper size, thickness ≤ 150mm).
2. Select solid sample clamps or optional accessories (such as Cuvette and Cuvette clamps) according to Sample type.
3. Place the sample horizontally or vertically in the instrument.
4. Connect the power supply and USB communication cable to start the system.
5. Run the software on Windows 7 and above Operating systems, select Measurement parameters and Illuminant standards.
6. Start measurement, the system automatically collects data and outputs it to Microsoft Office Excel/Word format.

• Operating Temperature & Moisture Range: 10 ℃~ 35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, no condensation.
Storage Temperature & Moisture Range: 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, no condensation.
• Make sure the power supply is AC (220 +/- 10) V, 50/60Hz.
• Sample aperture is limited to 20mm and illumination aperture is 16mm.
• When using standard or optional accessories, install them correctly to avoid measurement errors.
