Overview
The XDV-300A heat deformation Vicat softening point temperature tester is designed with new international and national standards for measuring the heat softening performance of plastic raw materials or finished products. The instrument can measure the heat deformation temperature and Vicat temperature by changing the indenter. It uses transformer oil (within 200 ° C) or methyl silicone oil (within 300 ° C) as the heat transfer medium. It is equipped with a mechanical Stirrer for oil circulation in the tank. The large-capacity tank design ensures stable temperature control and uniform temperature field. This model adopts Benchtop structure, with a standard configuration of 3 stations, and can be customized for multi-station models.

Principle
The instrument realizes the measurement of thermal deformation temperature and Vicat temperature by changing the indenter, uses transformer oil or methyl silicone oil as the heat conduction medium, and circulates the oil in the tank through the mechanical Stirrer to ensure uniform thermal insulation field. The optimized isokinetic heating algorithm is used, and the heating process is smooth and accurate. When the set upper limit temperature or deformation amount is reached, the test will be automatically stopped.
