Overview
The XDV-300E micro-controlled thermal deformation Vicat softening point temperature tester is designed with new international and national standards for measuring the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat temperature of plastic raw materials or finished products. The instrument can measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat temperature by changing the indenter. It uses transformer oil (within 200 ° C) or methyl silicone oil (within 300 ° C) as the heat transfer medium. It is equipped with a mechanical Stirrer for oil circulation in the tank. It has the characteristics of large-capacity tank design, stable temperature control and uniform temperature field.
Features
1. Support the thermal deformation testing of various specimens specified in the standard.
2. Support various Vicat softening point tests specified in the standard.
3. The dual control mode of the upper and lower computers can be controlled by the microcomputer. When the microcomputer is not connected, the lower computer Touchscreen control is used.
4. Support thermostatic pretreatment and static pretreatment mode.
5. Linear dispersion data display interface.
6. Perfect test report editing function.
7. The test project and environment configuration are saved and opened independently, which is very convenient to use.
Principle
The instrument circulates through the heating medium (transformer oil or methyl silicone oil) under mechanical stirring to form a uniform temperature field, applies a load to the plastic sample and measures its deformation after heating, so as to determine the thermal deformation temperature or Vicat softening point temperature.
Standards
GB/T1633-2019 "Thermal plasticity plastic Vicat softening point temperature determination", GB/T1634-2004 "Plastics - load deformation temperature determination", GB/T8802-2001 "GB T 8802-2001 Thermal plasticity plastic pipes, pipe fittings Vicat softening temperature"
Steps
1. Select the thermal deformation or Vicat softening point test mode according to the test requirements.
2. Install the corresponding indenter and set the sample span (64mm or 100mm).
Select the heating medium (transformer oil is used within 200 ° C, methyl silicone oil is used within 300 ° C).
4. Set the heating rate (50 ° C/H or 120 ° C/H) and pretreatment mode through the microcomputer or Touchscreen.
5. Start the test and monitor the graphic Linear dispersion data.
6. After the test is completed, edit and save the test report.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10%, Current 15A, Frequency 50Hz before use.
• Temperature range requirements for heating medium selection: transformer oil is limited to 200 ° C, methyl silicone oil is limited to 300 ° C and viscosity below 100CS.
• During the test, pay attention to the fuel tank capacity of about 13 liters, Heating power 3KW.
• Net weight of the instrument is 70 kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling.
• Cooling mode can choose natural chilling down or circular Water-Cooled, according to environmental conditions.
