Overview
The WZY-4030 numerical control multi-function prototype machine adopts advanced numerical control technology, controls the three-axis linkage system through the program controller, drives the XYZ axis motor and is supplemented by the high-speed spindle motor to form a High Accuracy milling machine system, and realizes the spline cutting, dumbbell sample milling, and Impact notch milling functions of Non-metallic plates. This machine can expand more processing functions besides processing samples, including rectangular spline, notch sample preparation, plate cutting, pipe cutting, milling plane and elevation, etc.
Features
1. The shape of the sample is not limited by the machine, and can be made into bars, dumbbells, circles, and various irregular graphics. It can be processed by simply providing the program.
2.High accuracy, the maximum machining error is only 0.05mm.
3. Basically not limited by the shape of the sample, it can be processed as long as it is clamped to the platform, such as cutting dumbbell-shaped samples directly from large plates, cutting splines at any position, milling unqualified samples, etc.
4. The software is fully functional, covering common material dumbbell-type sample preparation procedures, rectangular spline production, notch sample preparation, plate cutting, pipe cutting, milling plane and facade functions.
5. Provide manual cutting and program control, support common standard spline programs and special shape programming services.
Principle
This machine controls the three-axis linkage system through the program controller, drives the XYZ-axis motor and is supplemented by the high-speed spindle motor (Rotation speed 24000r/min) to form a High Accuracy milling machine system to achieve accurate processing of Non-metallic plates. Stability and accuracy are ensured by using a water chill down system to assist the machining process.

Steps
1. For simple rectangular non-standard splines, use manual cutting.
2. For dumbbell or Miscellaneous standard splines, open the commonly used standard spline processing program directly from the controller for processing.
3. For special-shaped specimens, use the programming services provided by our company.
