Overview
The HBO HF-500K Force Gauge is a wheel-mounted tensile tester designed with an external Sensor. The Sensor is a wheel-shaped structure, dedicated to the measurement of large load values in the test field. The maximum measurement load value of this model can reach 500KN, and it is a tension tester with high load values in the Hypertherm HF series.

Principle
HBO HF-500K Force Gauge adopts wheel-width Sensor structure, which converts mechanical signals into electrical signals for processing and display through external Sensor measurement of force value. The instrument is connected with external devices through level signal output interface and Communication interface to realize data collection and transmission.

Steps
1. Connect Sensors and Test Equipment
2. Power on and select the display language and unit
3. Set the test mode and parameters (peak hold time, upper and lower limits, etc.)
4. Start the test and observe the real-time force display
5. Review peak data after the test is completed
6. Store or export test data
7. Prepare the test report and print it
