Overview
The HBO HF-300K Force Gauge is a wheel-mounted tensile tester designed with an external Sensor. The Sensor is a wheel-shaped structure dedicated to the measurement of large load values in the test field. The maximum measurement load value of this model can reach 300KN, which is one of the high load value tensile testers in the Hypertherm HF series.

Principle
The HBO HF-300K Force Gauge uses a wheel-width Sensor structure to measure pull or thrust through an external Sensor. When force is applied, the Sensor converts the force value into an electrical signal, which is converted by the ADC and displayed in digital form. It supports functions such as peak hold, Data storage and communication output.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter or use the built-in battery
2. Connecting Contacts Lever and Sensor
3. Power on and select test mode and parameters
Step 4 Perform a pull or thrust test
5. View and store test data
6. Output data to a computer or printer through a serial port
