Overview
FANGZHOU FZ-831 PH Electrode is a professional measurement PH value Sensor, with lead-free Glass housing and HF Glass film design, suitable for 0~ 12pH Measurement range and 0~ 100 ℃ temperature environment.
Features
1. Using HF Glass film, the film Impedance is less than 400MΩ to ensure Measurement accuracy;
2. The liquid network part is ceramic core, the reference type is silver ion trap, and the reference electrolysis solution is 3M KCL, providing stable reference;
3. Shell material is Lead-free Glass, environmental protection and safety;
4. Electrode size is φ 12 * 120mm, connector is BNC/1m, easy to install and use.
Principle
PH Electrode senses the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution through the Glass membrane, generating a potential difference, and in combination with the reference system (silver ion trap and 3M KCL electrolysis solution) provides a stable reference potential for measurement of PH value.

Water quality monitoring, laboratory analysis, industrial process control
Steps
1. Electrode to measuring instrument;
2. Electrode immersion in the solution to be tested;
3. Record the PH value after waiting for the reading to stabilize;
4. Clean and store Electrode properly after use.

• Regularly check electrolysis and membrane status to ensure measurement accuracy;
