Overview
The HG-200 Portable Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load test instrument produced by HBO. It belongs to the HG series digital display Force Gauge, with a maximum measurement load of 200N. The product has the function of Data storage, which can store 99 sets of test data. Measurement accuracy is high and Stability is good. The sampling speed reaches 120Hz, and various units such as N, kgf, and lbf are automatically exchanged without manual conversion. In addition, the Force Gauge can be connected to a PC to transmit and store test data for management.

Principle
The HG-200 Portable Force Gauge detects push-pull loads through built-in or external Sensors, converts mechanical forces into electrical signals, which are processed and displayed by the microprocessor after conversion by the ADC. High Accuracy real-time measurement with sampling speed up to 120Hz. Supports multiple test modes and Data storage functions, and can transfer and manage data via PC connection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and check the battery level.
2. Select Measurement unit (N, KN, Kgf, gf, lbf, tf)
3. Set the test mode (real-time force tracking, peak holding, first peak)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value or automatic shutdown time as needed
5. Connect Sensors (internal or external) and calibrate
6. Start the test and observe the display readings
7. Test data is automatically stored and can be exported and managed through PC software
8. Turn off the power or use the automatic shutdown function after the test is completed
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use and avoid operating under low power
• Avoid use in environments with vibrating or corrosive media
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃
• The relative humidity should be kept within the range of 15% to 80% RH
Periodically calibrate Sensors to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Use the matching charger when charging, AC input 220V/50HZ, DC output 5V/1A
