Overview
The HG-500 Portable Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load test instrument produced by HBO. It belongs to the HG series digital display Force Gauge, with a maximum measurement load of 500N. The product has the function of Data storage, which can store 99 sets of test data. Measurement accuracy is high and Stability is good. The sampling speed is up to 120Hz, and various units such as N, kgf, and lbf are automatically exchanged. In addition, this series of Force Gauge can be connected to a PC to transmit and store management test data.

Principle
The HG-500 Portable Force Gauge uses a built-in Sensor to detect push-pull loads and displays measurement results digitally. The instrument converts analog signals to digital signals through ADC conversion, and the sampling speed can reach 120Hz for High Accuracy measurement. Test data can be transferred, stored and managed by connecting to a PC.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged
2. Set the test mode as required (real-time force tracking mode, peak holding mode, first peak mode)
3. Set the unit (N, KN, Kgf, gf, lbf, tf)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravity acceleration value and other parameters
5. Carry out the push-pull force test, and the instrument automatically displays the measurement results
6. Test data is automatically stored and can be exported and managed via a PC connection
7. Charge in time after use to ensure next use
