Overview
The HBO NK-300 Dial Force Gauge is a small, High Accuracy mechanical force measuring instrument for easy portability in tension and compression loads, insertion force testing and Destructiveness testing. The product has a simple structure and easy operation. The maximum Measured value is 300N, which can be used in a variety of workbenches and fixtures.

Principle
Dial Force Gauge converts push-pull force into pointer displacement through mechanical structure, and visually displays the Measured value. In continuous load mode, the pointer moves in real time with the change of load. In peak hold mode, the pointer stays at the position of the maximum load value. The pointer can be reset by pressing the switch knob.
Steps
1. Install the Dial Force Gauge on the appropriate machine
2. Keep the measured object in line with the Force Gauge during measurement
3. When switching the knob to the continuous load value (TRACK), the pointer moves with the load change
4. When switching the knob to peak load (PEAK), the pointer stops at the maximum load value position
5. Press the switch knob to return the pointer to zero

• Keep the measurement object in line with the Force Gauge during measurement, otherwise the reading will be inaccurate
• Working environment should be free of source and corrosion medium
• Operating temperature 20 ℃ +/- 10 ℃, relative humidity 15%~ 80% RH
