Principle
The percentile Thickness gauge drives the probe to contact the surface of the object to be measured by pressing the handle, using internal precision mechanical structure (such as lever gear or rack gear) to amplify the tiny linear displacement of the probe, and converts it into swirl/spin motion of the hands on the dial of the dial, thereby accurately reading the thickness value on the dial. Its cyclic measurement function allows multiple consecutive measurements in the Measurement range.

Steps
1. Make sure the Thickness gauge is at zero or a known baseline.
2. Press the handle to open the probe.
3. Place the probe on the surface of the workpiece to be tested, and slowly release the handle to make the probe contact the measured surface.
4. Keep the Thickness gauge stable and read the thickness value indicated by the pointer on the dial of the dial.
5. For metric-to-metric conversion, press the transfer switch.
6. Press the handle again for the next (cycle) measurement.
