Overview
SYATEK 32CHQF2530 Kilometre Thickness gauge is a precision measurement tool with a Measurement range of 0-25mm and a throat depth of 30mm. Made of aluminium and ABS housing, it features a push handle, cycle measurement and metric to metric conversion for scenarios requiring High Accuracy thickness measurement.

Principle
Thickness gauge contacts the surface of the object to be measured by the probe, using internal precision mechanical or electronic sensing mechanism, converts the tiny displacement of the probe into a readable thickness value, and visually displays the measurement results through the digital display screen.

Steps
1. Press the power button to turn it on.
2. Select metric (mm) or imperial (inch) units as required.
3. Align the probe and touch the surface of the object under test.
4. Press the measurement button on the handle or directly read the stabilized display value.
5. Record the measurement results, if you need continuous measurement, you can proceed to the next operation (cycle measurement).
6. Turn off the power after use.
Notice
Make sure the probe is clean and free of oil or dust before use.
• When measuring, keep the probe perpendicular to the measured surface and touch it lightly to avoid excessive force.
• Avoid use and storage in strong magnetic fields, high temperatures, high humidity or corrosion environments.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent leakage.
• Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated.
• Do not disassemble the instrument by yourself. If there is any failure, please contact a professional for repair.
