SYATEK 32CHQF10120 Thousand Thickness gauge (0-10x120mm) Large Deep Throat is a Portable thickness measurement tool with High Accuracy and Large Throat Depth. Its Measurement range is 0~ 10mm, Graduation is up to 0.001mm, and it is equipped with a 120mm deep throat design, which is suitable for measurement of deep positions that are difficult to reach by ordinary Thickness gauges.

Principle
The Thousand Thickness gauge touches the surface of the object to be measured through its probe, converts Mechanical displacement into electrical signal using the built-in precision Sensor, and directly reads the thickness value through the digital display screen to achieve fast and intuitive non-Destructiveness thickness measurement.
Applications
Thickness measurement in the fields of machining, mold manufacturing, Hardware stamping, plastic products, auto parts, metal sheets, etc.
Steps
1. Press the power switch and start the Thickness gauge.
2. Place the probe on the surface of the object to be tested to ensure that the probe is in vertical contact with the measured surface.
3. Press lightly to read the measurement results after the display value is stable.
4. After the measurement is completed, press the power switch again to turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use.
• Keep the probe clean during measurement to avoid oil or impurities affecting the Measurement accuracy.
Do not use in strong magnetic field or strong static environment, so as not to interfere with the measurement.
• Avoid severe impact or falling of the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery and store it in a drying place.
