SYATEK 32XTBF25120 Percent Thickness gauge is a large deep throat thickness measurement tool with a Measurement range of 0-25mm and a throat depth of 120mm. It uses a drop-proof plastic box Encasement with a Dimension of 190x145x25mm, suitable for scenarios requiring in-depth measurement.

Principle
The percentile Thickness gauge contacts the surface of the object to be measured through the probe, amplifies the tiny displacement of the thickness size through the internal mechanical transmission mechanism (such as lever, gear), and drives the pointer on the dial to rotate, so as to accurately display the thickness value on the dial.

Steps
1. Check the battery level to ensure that the device is functioning properly.
2. Clean the probe and the surface of the tested object.
3. Thickness gauge probe into the position to be measured, so that the probe smooth contact with the measured surface.
4. Read the thickness value indicated by the hands on the dial.
5. Thickness gauge is zeroed and properly stored in the drop-proof plastic box after measurement.
