SYATEK 32XTQF25120 Kilometre Thickness gauge is a large deep throat precision measurement tool with a Measurement range of 0-25mm and a throat depth of 120mm. It features a High Accuracy design with a Graduation of 0.001mm, suitable for thickness detection scenarios that require deep Measuring locations, and comes with a drop-proof plastic box Encasement.

Principle
Mechanical displacement is converted into an electrical signal and the thickness value is displayed directly in digital form on the display screen after being processed by the internal circuit. Its large deep throat structure allows the probe to penetrate deep into the groove or inside for measurement.

Steps
1. Install or confirm that the LR44 button battery is fully charged.
2. Carry out the clearing operation on the flat datum.
3. Projecting the probe into the Measuring location of the workpiece to be measured to ensure that the probe is in vertical contact with the measurement surface.
4. Press lightly or hold steady to read the thickness value displayed on the display.
5. After the measurement is completed, put the instrument back in the anti-drop plastic box for storage.
Notice
• Zero and calibrate on the reference plane provided before use.
• When measuring, make sure that the probe is perpendicular to the measurement surface of the workpiece to avoid errors caused by tilt.
• Avoid violent impact or fall to prevent damage to the precision measurement mechanism.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
• Do not use and store in strong magnetic fields, high temperature, high humidity or corrosion environments.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning and avoid corrosive liquids.
