Overview
SYATEK CHQF1030120 is a large probe thousand cent depth caliper, Measurement range is 0-10mm, with a large throat depth design of 120mm. The product adopts anti-drop plastic box Encasement, which is easy to carry and protect.
Features
1. Measurement range 0-10mm, to meet the needs of conventional precision measurement.
2. Measurement accuracy is high, up to ≤ +/- 0.005mm.
3. Graduation is 0.001mm, accurate reading.
4. Powered by LR44 button battery, easy to use.
5. The probe is designed with upper and lower round heads to adapt to different measurement surfaces.
6. The throat depth is 120mm, suitable for the measurement of workpieces with obstacles or deep grooves.
7. Equipped with anti-drop plastic box Encasement, providing good protection.
Principle
The product is a mechanical Micrometer, which converts the linear displacement of the probe into the circumferential displacement on the sleeve through a precision thread drive. The user obtains accurate dimensional Measured value by reading the scale on the sleeve and the differential cylinder.
Applications
Machining, mold manufacturing, precision parts testing, scientific research experiments
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards.
Steps
1. Clean the measurement surface and the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
2. Release the locking device and the swirl/spin differential cylinder separates the probe to slightly larger than the measured size.
3. Place the Micrometer probe across the workpiece under test and gently swirl/spin the force measuring device until it makes a "click" sound.
4. Lock the locking device and read the Measured value from the Micrometer.
5. After use, clean the probe and release the locking device, separate the probe a little and place it in the Encasement box.
Notice
• Please check whether the zero position of the Micrometer is correct before use.
• Keep the probe clean and perpendicular to the measured surface during measurement.
• The force of the swirl/spin force measuring device should be uniform, and it can be read after hearing the "click" sound. Do not apply excessive force.
• Avoid dropping, bumping or measurement of out-of-range workpieces to prevent damage to precision threads.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery and store it in a drying place.
