Features
1. Large probe design, Measurement range 0~ 25mm.
2. High Accuracy measurement, accuracy ≤ +/- 0.005mm, Graduation 0.001mm.
3. Equipped with 120mm large deep throat structure, suitable for deep measurement scenes.
4. The probe is designed with upper and lower round heads.
5. Powered by LR44 button battery, convenient for portability.
6. The product adopts anti-drop plastic box Encasement to provide good protection.
Principle
Measured values are read on the scale by a mechanical Micrometer that converts the linear displacement of the rod into the angular displacement of the sleeve through a precision threaded pair. Its large deep throat construction allows the probe to penetrate deep into the workpiece for measurement.
Applications
Machining, mold manufacturing, precision parts inspection, equipment maintenance
Standards
Meet the relevant general technical standards of Micrometer
Steps
1. Clean the measurement surface and the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
2. Release the locking device, and the swirl/spin differential cylinder makes the probe spacing slightly larger than the measured size.
3. Place the probe on the measured area and gently swirl/spin the force measuring device until it makes a "click" sound.
4. Lock the micrometer screw, read the scale value on the main ruler and the differential cylinder, and add it to get the measurement result.
5. After use, separate the probe a little, wipe it clean and store it in the box.
Notice
• Check whether the zero position is accurate before use and calibrate if necessary.
• When measuring, keep the probe perpendicular to the measured surface and apply a constant force.
• Avoid drops or impacts to prevent impact on Measurement accuracy.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
Do not use and store in environments with excessive dust, corrosion gases or strong magnetic fields.
• When reading, the line of sight should be perpendicular to the scale line to avoid parallax.
