Principle
This product is a mechanical micrometer that amplifies the tiny linear displacement of the probe through a precision thread drive and converts it into a swirl/spin angle of the hands on the dial, thus achieving High Accuracy measurement of the size of the workpiece. Graduation is 0.001mm, ensuring the fineness of measurement.

Steps
1. Check and clean the probe and measurement surface.
2. Release the locking device, swirl/spin differential cylinder, so that the probe spacing is slightly larger than the workpiece to be tested.
3. Place the workpiece between the two probes and gently swirl/spin the differential cylinder until the probe is in slight contact with the workpiece surface.
4. Lock the locking device, read the scale value on the main ruler and the differential cylinder, and the sum of the two is the measurement result.
5. After use, separate and clean the probe and place it back in the Encasement case.
Notice
Please check whether the probe is clean and intact before use, and confirm that the battery is fully charged (if applicable).
* When measuring, the probe should be perpendicular to the measured surface and apply a stable and appropriate measurement force to avoid excessive force.
* It is forbidden to forcibly swirl/spin the differential cylinder during the measurement process to avoid damage to the precision thread.
* After use, the probe should be cleaned and the two probes should be stored separately to prevent long-term pressure from affecting the accuracy.
* Avoid use and storage in dusty, vibratory or strong magnetic environments.
When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
* This product is a precision measuring instrument and should be handled with care to prevent impact and fall.
