Principle
The percentile tube thickness gauge is measured by a combination of mechanical structure and electronic display. During measurement, the lower ball head touches the measured object, and the internal mechanical structure converts the displacement into an electrical signal. Finally, the thickness value is accurately read digitally on the display device. Graduation is 0.01mm.

Steps
1. Check the power of the device to ensure that the LR44 button battery is fully charged.
2. Clean the measurement head and the surface of the measured object.
3. Align the lower ball head of the percentile pipe thickness gauge vertically and contact the measured point.
4. Gently apply pressure to ensure that the measurement head is in stable contact with the measured surface.
5. Read and record the thickness value displayed on the display.
6. After the measurement is completed, put the device back in the sponge plastic box for storage.

* Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy.
* When measuring, keep the measurement head perpendicular to the measured surface to avoid errors caused by tilt.
* Avoid use and storage in humid, dusty or strong magnetic environments.
