Principle
This galvanic tube thickness gauge works by combining its precise mechanical structure with an electronic Sensor. During measurement, the lower ball head touches the surface of the object being measured, and the internal Sensor converts the Mechanical displacement into an electrical signal. After processing, the thickness value is displayed digitally on the display screen, achieving High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Check the equipment: ensure that the thousands of pipes have sufficient power and the measurement head is clean and not damaged.
2. Boot to zero: touch the measurement head on the flat reference plane and press the return to zero button to adjust the displayed value to zero.
3. Perform measurement: Smooth contact the lower ball head with the surface of the measured object, keep the instrument vertical, and read the thickness data after the displayed value is stable.
4. Record and shutdown: record the measurement results, turn off the power after use, and store it in a sponge plastic box.

• Avoid use in humid, dusty or strong magnetic field environments to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy or damaging the instrument.
• When measuring, make sure that the ball head is in vertical contact with the measured surface to avoid measurement errors caused by tilt.
