Overview
CHB2530QT is an upper and lower round head percentile measurement tool. Measurement range is 0~ 25mm, and it adopts a press handle design for easy operation. The product has the characteristics of ball head point-to-point contact measurement, which is suitable for scenarios that require accurate measurement.

Principle
The product drives the probe to move through the pressing handle, uses the round double ball probe to achieve point-to-point contact with the measured object, and converts the displacement into a pointer reading through the mechanical transmission mechanism inside the watch, so as to obtain accurate size measurement results.

Steps
1. Clean the tested surface and probe.
2. Press the handle to align the probe and contact the measured point.
3. Keep stable and read the Measured value on the dial.
4. Release the handle and remove the measurement tool.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the probe is in good condition and whether the dial hands are zero.
• When measuring, make sure that the probe is perpendicular to the measured surface and the contact is stable.
• Avoid use in vibration, high temperature or corrosion environments.
• Please clean and store properly after use to prevent bumping.
• Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated.
