Overview
SYATEK CHQ2530QT is an upper and lower round head thousand cent measurement tool. Measurement range is 0-25mm, throat depth is 30mm. The product adopts a press handle design and has the characteristics of ball head type point-to-point contact measurement.

Principle
The Micrometer drives the probe to move by pressing the handle, uses a round double ball probe to achieve point-to-point contact with the measured object, and amplifies and converts the tiny displacement into a dial reading through a precision thread drive, thereby achieving High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Clean the measurement surface and the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
2. Press the handle and open the probe.
3. Place the probe in the measured position and slowly release the handle to make the ball head contact the measured point.
4. Read the measurement value on the dial.
Notice
• Check whether the Micrometer is zero before use.
• Keep the probe perpendicular to the measured surface during measurement.
• Avoid excessive pressing or impact to prevent damage to the precision structure.
• After use, it should be cleaned and properly stored in a drying environment.
