Overview
The CHB25120QT upper and lower round head percentile (0-25x120) large throat depth is a mechanical dial meter produced by the SYATEK brand. The product uses an aluminum case head and a cast iron handle, with a Measurement range of 0-25mm. Measurement accuracy can reach +/- 0.02mm and Graduation is 0.01mm. Its core feature is equipped with a press handle and a round double ball head probe, which realizes ball head-shaped point-to-point contact measurement and has a large throat depth design of 120mm for easy measurement in deep holes or special structures.
Features
1. Adopt a press-type handle for easy operation.
2. Equipped with round double ball head probe to achieve point-to-point contact measurement.
3. With a large throat depth of 120mm, it is suitable for depth measurement.
4. The watch head is made of aluminum shell material, and the handle is made of cast iron material, which is both lightweight and stable.
5. Measurement accuracy, Graduation fine.
Principle
The dial works based on the principle of mechanical lever and gear transmission. When the ball head of the probe comes into contact with the surface of the workpiece to be measured and produces a small displacement, the linear displacement is amplified by the internal lever system, which drives the gear set to rotate, and finally drives the pointer on the dial to deflect. The user can obtain the exact size change or deviation value by reading the position of the pointer on the dial.
Applications
Machining, mold manufacturing, precision assembly, mass inspection, equipment maintenance
Steps
1. Clean the measurement surface and probe to ensure no oil impurities.
2. Fix the dial gauge to the stabilizing base through a clamp or magnetic gauge.
3. Press the handle, so that the probe ball head gently touches the surface of the workpiece to be tested, and pre-press a certain Travel (usually 0.3-1 mm).
4. Adjust the dial so that the hands are aligned at zero.
5. Slowly move the workpiece or measurement device, so that the probe across the measured area, observe and record the maximum and minimum reading deviation of the pointer.
6. After the measurement is completed, release the handle and put away the dial meter properly.
Notice
• Before use, check whether the moving parts such as the probe and rack are flexible and free of jams.
• When measuring, the axis of the measuring rod should be as perpendicular to the measured surface as possible to reduce Abbe errors.
• Avoid Violent Impact, Vibration or Drop to Prevent Damage to Internal Precision Mechanisms.
• When not in use, the probe should be in a free state and stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance, calibrated by professionals if necessary.
