Overview
SYATEK CHQ10120QT Up and Down Round Head Thousand Dimensions (0-10x120) Large Throat Depth is a dial meter designed with a press-type handle. Its Measurement range is 0~ 10mm, with a Measurement accuracy of ≤ +/- 0.005mm and a Graduation of 0.001mm. The probe is a round double ball head with a throat depth of 120mm. The watch head is made of aluminum shell and the handle is made of cast iron. It is suitable for scenarios that require point-to-point contact measurement.

Principle
The dial meter drives the measuring rod by pressing the handle, so that the circular double-ball probe is in point-to-point contact with the surface of the workpiece to be tested. The tiny displacement of the measuring rod is amplified by the internal rack and pinion or lever mechanism and transmitted to the dial pointer, so that the measured value is accurately displayed on the dial, achieving High Accuracy dimensional measurement.

Steps
1. Clean the surface of the probe and the workpiece under test.
2. Fix the dial gauge to the stable base through a clamp or magnetic gauge.
3. Press the handle so that the spherical surface of the probe gently touches the measured point.
4. Adjust the position of the watch body so that the measuring rod is substantially perpendicular to the surface being measured.
5. Read the value indicated by the dial pointer and record it.
6. After the measurement is completed, release the handle and remove the dial.
Notice
• Before use, check whether the dial is zero and the probe is in good condition.
• When measuring, the probe should be perpendicular to the measured surface or in contact with the standard angle.
• The measurement force applied should be moderate to avoid Impact or excessive compression.
• Avoid use in vibration, dust or strong magnetic field environments.
• It should be cleaned and maintained after use and stored in a drying place.
