Principle
The dial meter drives the measuring rod by pressing the handle, so that the circular double ball head probe is in point-to-point contact with the surface of the workpiece to be measured. The tiny displacement of the measuring rod is amplified by the internal mechanical transmission mechanism and drives the pointer on the dial to rotate, so as to accurately display the displacement amount on the dial and realize High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Clean the probe and work surface.
2. Press the handle to align the probe and contact the measured point.
3. Keep it stable and read the value indicated by the hands on the dial.
4. After the measurement is completed, release the handle and remove the dial.

• When measuring, keep the probe perpendicular to the measured surface and apply a stable pressure.
