HBO HF-20 digital tension meter is an upgraded version of HF series, with built-in Sensor, maximum Measured value 20N, small size and convenient portability. Using electronic Sensor technology, it is suitable for tensile pressure load test, plug-in force test, failure test, etc., and can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small testing machine. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and reliable data. It conforms to the national Measurement verification regulations of JJG working force meter and is widely used in mass detection, physical experiment, engineering test and other fields.

Principle
The HF-20 digital display tension meter adopts built-in electronic Sensor technology to track or maintain peak data in real time by measuring the change of force value during the push-pull process. Combined with the machine and fixture, accurate load test and failure test can be carried out. The data is processed by the display window and the upper computer software.

Steps
1. Connecting contacts Connecting rods and test heads
2. Turn on the power and select the Operating interface language
3. Set test mode, unit, upper and lower limits and other parameters
4. Perform a push-pull test and observe the display window data
5. Use keystrokes to record or hold peaks
6. Communication interface to the computer. Data storage, analysis and export using PC software
7. After the test is completed, turn off the power and store it properly

• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃
• The relative humidity should be kept at 15% to 80%
