Overview
QIWEI Glass electrode is a dedicated Electrode for industrial online pH meters, suitable for measurement of high temperature environments, with a Temperature range of 0~ 80 ° C. The product is divided into general Electrode and Warm Electrode, generally Electrode needs manual warming, with Warm Electrode can automatically warm without manual operation; Appearance, with Warm Electrode has four Probes (including two Warm Probes), General Electrode has only two Probes, this product is with Warm type, line length 5 meters.
Features
1, pH meter Glass electrode installation should use Electrode mounting bracket or circulation cup, not directly into the water.
2. Before installation, use a raw material tape at the 3/4 thread to make a waterproof seal to prevent water from entering and causing the internal cable to short circuit.
Electrode connection line pH meter, need to turn on the power preheating for 30 minutes before calibrating.
4. Electrode cannot be placed flat when calibrating, it must be placed vertically, and the Glass bubble is facing down to prevent the deviation of MV data.
Principle
The Electrode senses the change of PH value through Glass bulb, and automatically compensates for the influence of temperature on measurement with temperature compensation function to ensure accurate measurement of PH value in the range of 0~ 80 ℃.

Steps
1. Loosen the protective bottle during measurement, pull out the Electrode, and use it after cleaning with deionized water or distillation water.
2. Ensure that there is an appropriate amount of 3.3M KCL soaking solution in the protective bottle, and soak the Glass electrode head to keep it activated.
3. Check whether the Electrode connector is drying clean before use, if there are stains, scruf with anhydrous alcohol and blow dry.
4, calibrate the two-point method: first use PH6.86 buffer to calibrate the positioning, and then use PH4.01 or PH9.18 buffer to determine the slope.
5. Wash Electrode after use, insert protective bottle and tighten cap to prevent solution exudation.

• Electrode installation must use brackets or circulation cups, not directly into water
• Waterproof and closed with raw material tape before installation
• Connect the pH meter and preheat for 30 minutes before calibrating
• Electrode placed vertically when calibrating, Glass bulb facing down
• Keep an appropriate amount of 3.3M KCL foam solution in the protective bottle
• Check the joint for cleaning and drying before use
• Can be cleaned with surfactant, 10% dilute muriatic acid or distillation water when contaminated
• Wash and store properly after use
