SUJIE SJ-CJ-3FD Clean Bench (multi-person single-sided) is a general-purpose local purification equipment, which reaches the US LIANBANG standard 209E 100-level clean grade. Features
1. The box is made of 1.2mm thick steel plate, and the countertop is SUS304 stainless steel, which has the functions of antibacterial, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Appearance is delicate and the overall corrosion resistance is strong.
2. The quasi-closed countertop design effectively prevents external gas induction and odor in the operation area from harming the human body.
3. Adjustable air volume fan system, touch switch and multi-gear voltage regulation ensure that the working area wind speed is always in a satisfactory state.
4. Double suspension Glass door opens up and down, easy and flexible operation, the bottom is embedded with rubber shock pad, no segment equilibrating method code, can stay at any position.

Principle
The Clean Bench adopts vertical air flow design, drives the air through the high-efficiency Filter through the adjustable air volume fan system to form a clean vertical air flow, effectively removes suspended particles and dust in the air of the work area, maintains the cleanliness level of ISO 5 (Class 100), and ensures the purity of the operating environment.

Steps
1. Connect the AC single-phase 220V/50HZ power supply.
2. Use a touch switch to turn on the device and control the wind speed within the range of 0.25 to 0.6m/s by adjusting the voltage in multiple gears.
3. Open the double-suspended Glass door up and down for sample operation, and the door can stay at any position.
4. Turn off the device after the operation is completed.
