Overview
The SUJIE CLG-1000 weighing chamber/weighing hood is a device designed for weighing experimental operations involving hazardous or hazardous powders, such as mixing and dispensing. It protects the operator from exposure to hazardous powders or potent compounds through surface inflow airflow, while the aerodynamic design reduces airflow disturbances, providing effective intercept performance and reduced impact on sensitive weighing scales. All exhaust gas is HEPA filtrated and returned to the laboratory, meeting the requirements of the ANSI ASHRAE 110 international standard for sealing and isolation.

Principle
Powder sample weighing cabinets create a stable isolation environment through the surface flow into the airflow, protecting operators from dangerous powder contact. The aerodynamic design reduces airflow disturbances, ensuring effective shut-off performance and minimizing impact on sensitive weighing scales. All exhaust gas passes through a HEPA Filter to efficiently intercept particulate matter (PM) and is returned to the laboratory to maintain safe operating conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
2. Adjust the wind speed within the range of 0 to 850 m3/h as required.
3. Use the folding transparent front operation window to take samples and equipment.
4. Carry out operations such as weighing, dosing, dissolving or measurement.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the countertop.
Notice
Check whether the low wind speed pressure alarm system is normal before use.
* Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 0~ 40 ℃.
* Avoid blocking the windows on both sides during operation to maintain lighting and viewing effects.
Check HEPA Filter efficiency regularly and replace if necessary.
