Overview
The SUJIE CLG-1300 weighing chamber/weighing hood is a device specifically designed for powder isolation applications to safely perform weighing experimental operations such as mixing and dispensing involving hazardous or hazardous powders. Its unique design keeps the equilibrate stable and the surface inflow airflow protects the operator from exposure to hazardous powders or potent compounds, while the aerodynamic design reduces airflow disturbances, providing effective intercept performance and reducing the impact on sensitive weighing scales. All exhaust gases are HEPA filtrated to intercept particulate matter (PM) and then returned to the laboratory, meeting the requirements of the ANSI ASHRAE 110 international sealing isolation standard.

Principle
Powder sample weighing cabinets create an isolated environment through the surface flow into the airflow, protecting operators from dangerous powders or powerful compounds. The aerodynamic design reduces airflow disturbances, ensuring effective interception performance while reducing air impact on sensitive weighing scales. All exhaust gas is efficiently intercepted by HEPA Filter particulate matter (PM) and returned to the laboratory to maintain safe operating conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
2. Adjust the wind speed within the range of 0 to 1000 as required.
3. Take samples and small equipment through the folding transparent front operation window.
4. Carry out experimental operations such as weighing, dosing, dissolving or measurement in the operation area.
5. Turn off the equipment after the operation is completed to ensure that the exhaust gas is filtered back through HEPA.

Check whether the low wind speed pressure alarm system is normal before use to ensure safety.
