Overview
SUJIE TFG-1800 all-steel ventilating cabinet is the key equipment for ventilating design in the laboratory, which is used to discharge harmful gases generated in the experiment and ensure the health and safety of the experimental personnel. The product adopts an all-steel integrated structure, equipped with independent water, electricity and pipeline systems. The outer box is stamped and formed by 1.2mm steel plate, and the surface is treated with acid and alkali-resistant EPOXY powder paint.
Features
1. Adopt all-steel integrated structure, independent water, electricity, pipeline system accommodating cabinet design
2. The outer box is stamped with 1.2mm steel plate, and the surface is treated with acid and alkali resistant EPOXY powder paint painting
3. The countertop and optional sink are made of 304 all stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali and corrosion
4. Equipped with super bright fluorescent lighting system
5. Using aluminum alloy matte semicircular handle
6. The design of the baffle allows harmful gases of different heights to be discharged in sections to ensure that there is no residual gas
7. Glass window can be pulled up and down and stay in any position
Principle
The ventilated cabinet discharges the harmful gases in different height spaces from different sections through the baffle, and discharges the air in the cabinet at a speed of 0.5m/s to ensure that the harmful gases generated during the experiment are effectively removed without any residual gases.
Applications
Laboratory ventilating systems, chemical experimental sites, scientific research institutions
Steps
1. Check Power supply voltage for AC single phase 220V 50Hz
2. Confirm that the inlet pressure is greater than 0.5Pax
3. Adjust the Glass window to the appropriate height
4. Turn on the ventilating system for operation
5. Turn off the ventilating system after use
Notice
• Ensure that the average wind speed is controlled within the range of 0.2 to 0.6m/s
• Check whether the inlet water pressure meets the requirements before use
• Device power consumption should not exceed 350W
• Regularly check whether the function of the baffle is normal
• Keep Glass Windows Clean to Ensure Clear Sight
