Overview
Dust Particle Counter is an instrument for measuring the number of dust particles and Particle size distribution per unit volume in a clean environment. It can be widely used in the electronics industry, workshop, semiconductor, Optical inspection or precision machining, plastic, painting, environmental protection, inspection and other production enterprises and scientific research departments.
Features
1. Maximum sampling concentration 35000 pcs/L
2. Semiconductor Laser Illuminant, 10 years service life
3. Microcomputer control, Touchscreen operation, automatic test and display test report
4. Test particle size 6 channels (0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10 μm), can be detected simultaneously
5. The sampling period can be set by yourself, minimum 6S
6. The instrument is portable, with its own battery, and the battery life is ≥ 5h.
7. The system can be self-cleaning, and the self-cleaning time is less than or equal to 10min.
8. The instrument has a Thermohygrometer interface, and the monitoring report contains temperature and Humidity data
9. Data is automatically stored, with a built-in micro printer, and the results can be printed directly
10. U disk file data export, can be opened directly EXCEL
Principle
The basic principle of the air Particle Counter is that the detection laser of the Optical inspection Sensor is received by the photosensitive element after being scattered by dust particles and generates a pulse signal. The pulse signal is output and amplified, and then digital signal processing is performed. By comparing with the standard particle signal line, the comparison result is expressed with different parameters.
